Information Radar CRM uses

Radar CRM uses account details such as your name and email address, along with the customer records, notes, touch history, follow-ups, groups, and settings you choose to store. This information is used to provide and synchronize the CRM service across your devices and shared company workspaces.

iPhone Contacts

If you give Contacts permission, Radar CRM reads the contact list you select so it can add new contacts and update matching contacts without duplicates. Apple requires full Contacts access for an app to read membership in an iPhone Contacts list. Radar CRM imports only the selected list unless you explicitly select All Contacts. It does not delete your iPhone contacts.

Messages and TextRadar

Radar CRM does not read your message history or store message contents. Optional TextRadar activity is created from user-authorized iPhone workflows or manual logging, and is used only to update relationship activity for matching Radar CRM customers. Unmatched senders are not automatically added as customers.

Storage and service providers

Radar CRM stores synchronized account and CRM data with Supabase, our database and authentication service provider. Information is processed only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and support Radar CRM. Login credentials are stored on the device using Apple Keychain.

Purchases

iPhone app subscription purchases are processed by Apple when available. Radar CRM may receive subscription status information needed to unlock paid workspace features, provide support, and keep billing records accurate.

Your choices and deletion

You can edit and export CRM data in the app. You can permanently delete your Radar CRM account from Settings. Deleting an account removes its login and personal account data. If the account belongs to a shared company workspace, company-owned customer records and activity may remain available to the other workspace members so the organization does not lose its business history.

Retention, sale, and tracking

Data is kept while your account or company workspace is active, as needed to provide the service, or as required for security and legal obligations. Radar CRM does not sell personal data and does not use customer data, message activity, notes, or customer records for advertising or cross-app tracking. The public Radar CRM marketing website may use Meta Pixel or similar advertising measurement tools to understand page views, account signups, pricing views, and checkout starts from ads.
